Santander Data Scientist interview questions

The initial telephone stage was clear and professional, I have no complaints here. I was notified shortly afterwards I had proceeded to the face to face stage. I was told at the end of this interview that I would hear back even if unsuccessful but would to wait 2 weeks because of interviewing other candidates, absolutely fine, no problem. 2 weeks passed and still no response, when I contacted HR they forwarded to the recruiter and then told me to wait another week. I did and still nothing, it is 4 weeks at the time of writing so I assume that's it then. Terrible communication from them and it gives off the impression of a terribly organised company, reinforced by the fact that during my interview we were kicked out of the our meeting room 3 times in as many minutes, whilst I was attempting to solve a logic problem, which I got wrong because I misheard one of the numbers the interviewer gave me. Given that a Data Scientist would almost never be dealing with numbers through verbal exchange I didn't understand why they don't just have the problem question written down for the candidate to read.
