Santander Customer Service Advisor interview questions

1- online test, which lasts about 20/30 min. few questions plus basic maths exercise. 2- phone interview, 15 min, usual competency questions 3- the next day o got an invitation for an assessment day. which ;asted about 2,5 hours. written math exercise about 15 min, then there was a phone call exewrcise, but they give you 15 min to read through the info and prepare, and finally another competency interview in which they ask you the same questions as the previous interview.
