Their recruitment process includes an IQ Exam (English, Numerical and Logical Reasoning) followed by initial interview by the HR, Interview with the sales manager and the Final Interview. You have to pass the initial IQ exam first. They will give you more than an hour to complete it and will inform you within the day if you passed it.
I was advised that I am up for the initial interview a few hours after being informed that I passed the IQ exam but was later instructed that it will be rescheduled due to an emergency meeting. Two days after, they sent me an email that they will no longer be pursuing my application because they "decided to move forward with another candidate whose qualifications better meet our needs at this time." In my opinion, before inviting applicants to go through the initial screening process, it will be better if they scan their qualifications first and see if it match with the job openings that they have posted. It is not only inconvenient for the applicant but for their company as well because time is wasted.
