San Miguel interview questions

Interviews with HR and with the department head, then an exam/harder than an average IQ test but doable. Bring a jacket. Time between interviews is about a week. Make sure you have your phone as they prefer calls to contact you about updates. Very traditional corporate setting.

Personally, I think the hr was very inefficient. They should have conducted a phone call interview first so they could foresee if interviewees are willing to agree with their salary terms. When they knew about my salary preference, they immediately finished the interview and that was it. The interview went for 5 minutes, and that was it. I traveled for 3 hours. It's frustrating.
