Interview
Scheduled for an interview as per the usual, met in club, lead to General Manager's office. The GM asked a few short questions, preceded to bring in a Supervisor as well. The two then conducted my interview, being very specific about my last job. However some mistake was made and they apparently called me in for a temporary job during their anniversary event, something that I did not apply to. They were very gracious about this and were committed to working with me to hire me. We eventually worked out a deal where I would assist with their anniversary event for 2 days, after which I would be working in customer service.

Interview
You are called and told to come in for an interview, but brace yourself there are 3 interviews. First was with the lady who called me I believe she was just a manager. Second with the manager of the Cashiers, and third the main manager of the store. You must get an ok from first two to meet the store manager. It was very stressful, but they ask simple questions. For example, "Explain a time when you were helpful to a customer" and "Describe a time where you dealt with a difficult situation."
