Case study, very straight forward. Be able to speak through your thought processes. Many of their job descriptions give insight to the types of questions you'll be asked. Be sure to make your case study that you WILL SUBMIT before the interview as visually appealing as possible.

People that work here are generally easy to get along with. Management could have been a bit better, as they expected you to take on other tasks that weren't part of your job code. Requesting time off got a little tricky too.
