Interview
I applied online and I was contacted for an interview within three days. I interviewed at the location where I would work. I talked to two managers, both of whom were very laid back. The turnover rate is high because they also expect their cashiers to sell and upgrade memberships, which can be very stressful. You have a quota you must meet every week, if you don't meet the quota you receive a one on one talk and may be written up.
