Sam's Club interview questions

I applied after I saw a hiring sign on the door took about 3 weeks to get a call to interview. I sat for 2 hours waiting to be interviewed they said they would call me back to schedule a second interview. Once I got to the parking lot they were calling to set up the second interview I met with the hiring manager and she explained the position and asked could I lift 50lbs repetitively. She offered me the position and said I needed a background check and it would come to my email to allow it and once it comes back they would schedule orientation. I didn't have to do a drug test after my background came back which took like 3 days you can check your status from the email they send out it will say eligible for hire. It took another 2 weeks to schedule orientation. It took longer than I expected a little over a month in total

I called a few days after applying to follow up and was given an interview for the next day. The interview was pretty easy, it was me, a manager, and another manager who were in the room. They asked my availability, experience, and basic questions. The interview ended with being asked "Why should we hire you?", and 2 other similar questions. It was easy but they had a lot of candidates and even with similar experience I was not chosen.
