Salesforce Customer Success Manager interview questions

Initial contact from Recruiter with a phone call to step you through the process. Then 3 rounds of interviews: first with hiring manager, second with hiring manager's peer, and third as case presentation panel interview with Q&A. Entire process took about 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

The interview was very hard, they asked probing questions about my experiences, my life, and my inner thoughts. I had to think a lot, which I was not expecting given the fact that I am in sales. I was scared but also not scared.
