I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
Really great intro interview with a recruiter. She asked great questions to get to know me and followed up quickly. They want to find the right place for you. She was very kind and it was a very quick introductory call
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your current job like and what are you looking for in the future
What is your knowledge with API and Integrations
Where would you see yourself in the future
Three rounds of interviews, made it to the end and received a message at 10pm the same day that they were not interested. Nice people (kinda) but asked too much (assigned homework and asked in depth questions about programs) during interviews. Wouldn’t honestly recommend unless you’re incredibly incredibly into salesforce
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Salesforce in Dec 2021
Interview
Recruiter / Interviewer rushed my interview process. I literally had the pre-screening and interview in the same day. I thought I nailed it. Received feedback a week later that the company was looking for someone on the East Coast. I am in ET zone. He took two more days to get back to me, only to tell me, I wasn't a good fit, which is strange, considering he told me I was such a good fit, he wanted to complete the interview the same day.
Considering the process was rushed, and the rationale for not getting the job seemed a bit bogus, I don't know that I'd ever apply here again.

Question 1
Diversity is one of their core values. They asked how I would make sure to be inclusive of others if I were to get hired.
