1. Group Task: Scenario-Based Activity
• Participants will be placed in a group and presented with a realistic scenario that requires collaborative problem-solving.
• The group must analyze the situation, discuss possible solutions, and agree on the best course of action within a set timeframe.
• Assessors will evaluate teamwork, leadership, communication, critical thinking, and the ability to build consensus.
2. Individual Task: Situation-Based Questions
• Each participant will be given a set of situational questions that assess their ability to handle real-world challenges independently.
• Questions may include hypothetical workplace scenarios, conflict resolution cases, or role-specific problem-solving tasks.
• Responses should demonstrate logical reasoning, decision-making skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
3. ‘Why Me?’ Presentation
• Candidates will deliver a short presentation explaining why they are the best fit for the role or opportunity.
• The presentation should highlight key strengths, relevant experience, personal values, and unique qualities that set them apart.
• It should also address how their skills align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Effective presentations will be structured, engaging, and supported by clear examples of past achievements.

The interview process was smooth and had competency based questions and questions around the experience I had. Coming from a completely different background than Solution Design, I was asked questions around transferrable skills.
