This process was a joke. 4 months of life wasted. After applying in November, I had 3 round of interviews and a practical exercise. There were long periods of time between stages, yet when I was contacted I was expected to be available for the conversation asap. At the end of the 2024, I could not wait for Sabre to get their business together, and started contracting. Then, in January, I was invited for a final interview and the cultural match was established. When I said I am not available immediately as I could not wait for so long but would be happy to join within a month, I noticed that the people I spoke to were visibly displeased. However, I got feedback that my solution to the task (simple marketing plan) was the best, and we will make things work. A couple of weeks later, HR contacted me asking whether I would be OK with lowering my salary expectations. I reluctantly agreed, yet was pleased that we already started discussing the package. Then... the company went totally silent on me - zero responses to emails and calls. After 4 weeks of waiting I got an automated email that "Sabre reviewed my CV and decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely match the needs of the job" (quick reminder, I was already after 3 interviews and the practical task with the feedback of providing the best solution). Sabre and the HR never responded to any further communication. Overall, this is probably one of the most disrespectful processes I took part in. Another corporations that treat people like tokens that can be moved around and thrown away when not needed. I recommend staying away....
