SAS interview questions

I had a good experience throughout the SAS interview process. The rounds though were very vigorous but were well conducted. Had six rounds. Pre screening round (with Manager), Technical discussion 1, Technical discussion 2, Managerial face-to-face, Director round face-to-face, HR interview face-to-face. The discussions were well-structured and the process was smooth and professionally managed. HR was very active throughout the process in updating the status.

The interviewers were professional, but the administrative side of the recruitment process needs improvement. After moving through the final stages and discussing specific offer details (including a request for me to adjust my salary expectations), there was a significant delay in feedback. Using a candidate's notice period as a final-hour reason to decline—after weeks of waiting—suggests a lack of internal coordination. It was a time-consuming process that unfortunately didn't respect the candidate's time or current professional commitments.
