SAG-AFTRA interview questions

Two phone interviews before the in-person interview. WHAT AN UNPLEASANT INTERVIEW! I didn't feel welcomed and the interview felt rushed! As soon as I sat down, I was immediately blasted me with “What If” questions. And if the interviewer didn’t like the answer then he would say “THIS IS WHAT I’D DO!” I didn’t appreciate his tone of voice and delivery! I knew half way through the interview that I didn’t want to work for this crude and bitter manager! DON’T BELITTLE YOUR CANDIDATES PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO DID NOT APPLY AT SAG-AFTRA.

Begin with an initial phone screening by a member of HR. Followed up with a secondary phone interview more tailored to the specific role. Final interview was in-person with nearly all member of the staff and lasted about an hour and half.
