SAG-AFTRA interview questions

You must pass several skills tests to get hired in addition to have an initial interview and full in person interview. You do get to take the test at a time of your choice.

Was technically hired by casting and offered a position as a background performer until I had to tell them I have a religious exemption everything went downhill from there they pushed me off and had me submit information to a secondary party that all production companies have nowadays to do their dirty work and tell you no you can't work and they won't accommodate you.
