First the HR call which lasts about 15 mins. Was moved to the next stage which is a technical interview round.

2nd interview was technical held with Directors where technical questions were asked.
3rd interview was held with the hiring manager.

How do you identify the major risks faced by the company?
Was a technical interview. Lasted about 30 mins. Interviewer was polite and asked questions that revolves around my experience.
