Applied online and had to complete a psychometric evaluation.
Recruitment responded within a week or so to set up the first interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager in a very informal chat. he wanted to hear more about my experience.
Then, I received an assessment and upon completion, Another interview was scheduled with two members of the team, one after the other. Very informal and friendly chats.

One of teh interviewers was really interested in the out of work activities that I enjoy. Other than that, competency based questions and some relevant to the market the role was expected to cover.

Realizei uma entrevista com o RH por telefone. Foi uma entrevista rápida com perguntas do tipo: Porque eu estava tentando a vaga, qual minha pretensão salarial.
Na entrevista com o gestor, foram perguntas mais específicas para o cargo, então ele me perguntou se eu já tinha trabalhado com determinados temas, como modelos Var e vec
