Applied for another role and was unsuccessful but the hiring manager recommended another role that I "would be a good fit for". They then missed the interview completely, waited for an hour and no one showed. Emailed the hiring manager and HR within 10 minutes as a reminder but HR responded in a very dismissive manner, and didn't even bother to contact the hiring manager. Seems they already had an internal person in mind and put me forward for show. Company that likes to waste people's time.

There were 2 interviewers in the room, but only one was asking questions and the other one was unbothered. The other interviewer was very unwelcoming and barely shown any interest in interviewing. Both of them conversed in Mandarin which was very unprofessional.
