They ask mostly behavioral questions. There is nothing that maybe deemed too hard especially as you may be asked questions like why S&P. Or tell me about something your passionate about.
Chill and easy to get through. Nothing particularly difficult and the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything i was concerned about. Highly regards them with every thing that was there.

Interview
I got a response within a week after submitting my application. The phone screen lasted 15-20 min, then was introduced to 3-4 other candidates within the following week who wanted to know about my sales background and my interest in applying.
