Sent in my application through LinkedIn the got an email for a 20 minute long Phone screening, then a one hour interview, Another one hour interview, 30 minute interview with lead of commodity insights.

Tell us about a time you had experience with customer service
It was a brief Teams interview. Overall very introductory to the grad program. They asked mainly behavioral questions - also be sure to have your own questions prepared! They were straightforward about the process and next steps as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at S&P Global (New York, NY)

Long process (3 rounds) however a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and communication was transparent and the turnaround was very quick. However, there was no salary transparency and the offer is significantly low for an MBA graduate job, and not at par with industry standards (75K base + 5K bonus in NY office) for the same role every other company is offering 100K and more . I would have appreciated if they kept the salary information transparent from the first round itself because the whole process was intense and time consuming.
