Interview
For my case the company was IHS markit, aquired by S&P global. The whole process was a pretty good experience but the super lengthy interview process can be pretty daunting and rewarding at the same time. I applied at Aug 19 and got the offer on 15 oct.. total of 3 months. The waiting period from final interview to offer is around 1 and a half months so do manage your expectations as it seems the company has alot of procedures to go through.

Question 1
They asked what you know about the role and where do you see yourself in 5 years time before sharing with you more about the role. Do go into the interview with good amount of knowledge about the industry, role and technical terms to be better prepared as they will ask you about it.

Interview
There were 2 interviewers in the room, but only one was asking questions and the other one was unbothered. The other interviewer was very unwelcoming and barely shown any interest in interviewing. Both of them conversed in Mandarin which was very unprofessional.
The interview process consists of two stages, both of which are quite direct. Directors and junior analysts are friendly. Be in the know of current global events. It's a place where you can learn.
