Overall, the interview process went well. The recruiter reached out after being interviewed with hiring manager and the team. However, I was stood up for a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter finally contacted me after 3 hours of the scheduled time.
The tests consist of several stages in 1.5 months. After I passed all of them, the HR was very rude and made the same offer as my current salary. If you don't tell them your current salary, your application won't be processed.

The process was quick, first round is straigh forward. The company wants to know more about you and the value you can add as an Economist. You may be asked to submit a written piece, this will be good to show off your writing skills.
