Interview
Position: Director of Program Management.
Round 1: Hiring Manager ( 1 hour) - Cleared the interview.
Round 2: Director of Product Management (30 Minutes)
Round 3: Director of Engineering Management (30 Minutes)
Round 4: Director of Program Management (30 Minutes
Round 5: Director of Quality Assurance (30 Minutes
Round 6: Director of Infrastructure
Round 7: Director of Program Management (30 Minutes)
Round 8: CIO.
After 8 rounds of interview which took 4 weeks and then they called, Sorry we changed our mind and is not planning to hire any body but I was the top candidate if the offer was made. What a waste of time and unprofessional way to exploit a candidate.

Process was good but interviewer technical knowledge was not good. He was not sure about the questions in AWS and .Net. Interviewer had basic Google knowledge and was lacking in depth knowledge. Interviewer was unaware of serverless, static singleton. He had basic idea of few things and was not ready to accpet the other better answers.

1 recruiter call, 1 line manager call, 1 peer interview, 1 panel interview. Long time between interviews and little / no feedback in between, had to chase the recruiter multiple times to get an update.
