Interview
Preliminary phone interview, then another longer phone interview then two interviews in person. The phone interview was very standard. The in-person interview involved two consecutive interviews, each with two people, and an hour long test that tested financial knowledge and asked for an essay as to why you would be good at the role.
Multiple stages consisting of a technical interview and a behavioural interview. For me the technical interview was fairly hard as i was not expecting deep technical knowledge regrading financial statements.
