Had a first round phone interview. Seemed a bit bureaucratic to get there - spoke to 2 different recruiters on 3 different occasions to arrange it. The interview itself was a good experience, although I wasn't the right fit for the job. Bit disappointed to just never hear anything back though afterwards - as one of the final four candidates it would have been nice to receive confirmation that I wasn't progressing to the next round rather than assuming so after nearly a month...
Not difficult but still challenging. The recruiting team was very cooperative and focused on finding someone with strong strategic consulting experience, showing clear alignment with the role’s expectations. That is all

How have you dealt with a complex situation at work?
Rigorous, contentious, filled with ego. Don’t even know why they interviewed me (IMO I had relevant experience). Really weird process overall. HR very friendly, hiring team was terrible. Didn’t want to work there by the end.
It’s not done yet. I will attend the hr interview next week. The role I applied is product consultant. I wish I could pass it. Hope it's not difficult. Good luck for that.
