Interviewed for position posted on MH website. I am an employee of 3 years. Interview lasted 10-15 minutes and was told I would not be considered as I didn't have experience in the database system this dept. uses. Also told too much of a jump in wage for me! I found out the hard way that promotions are hard to come by here. We must take "baby steps". I've worked full-time for 38 years and have never had a job I could not do and do very well!

Firstly round I meet with the team-leader, followed by an editorial skill test; Last round is a call with Head of department based in London;The interview takes around 2-3 weeks and it is quite efficiency.
