The interview process was efficient and progressed quickly until the final stage. I am very disappointed that the hiring manager or a recruiter did not take the time to communicate my application’s outcome. It's important for candidates to receive feedback, and I believe this lack of communication is unacceptable. Especially after completing the 3-stage interviews, the final stage was on-site.

I applied online for the position, and a call was then scheduled with the HR manager. It has now been 3 weeks, and there has been no follow-up. I sent an email to HR, no response. Disappointing, as I was quite interested in the role/company.
