S&P Global Associate Development Program interview questions

There was an an initial call with the recruiter. Very friendly, was asked basic questions about my experiences, why I want to work there, etc. The office in-person interview was a basic behavioural interview, and then a phone call with two employees from other employees who asked basic financial questions and talked about the company. Overall I enjoyed the process, but they took a long time to get back to me. About 3 months, even though they said they would get back to me sooner.

The initial interview with S&P was a phone screen with a recruiter. The experience was very pleasant and we just went over the details of the position, a little about the company and it's culture, and my personal experience and background.
