The interview consists of 2 stages (excluding the phone call with the recruiter): technical and management ones.
On a technical one, there were 3 engineers (while only two were expected) on the interview. The overall experience was moderate: the atmosphere was somewhat inconvenient, but overall acceptable, good.
Then, the most interesting part: the management interview. There were two guys there. One of them was kinda arrogant and not a person I'd like to work with (he was criticizing my previous company, interrupting, etc.). Moreover, he (as a representative of a company) said that they don't encourage remote work and follow a hybrid format and said that he can't believe that I've managed to build good relations with my current co-workers on the remote model. In other words, management there is very conservative, to say the least.
Overall unpleasant experience.
