Rolls-Royce interview questions

Online tests followed by assessment day. The assessment day included a repeat of the numerical online test in paper form under test conditions. There was also a competency interview, technical interview, group task and individual presentation. The topic for the individual presentation was given before hand so there was time to prepare and in my case it was to only one assessor.

Applied online and did all kind of assessment tests, like iq and situationall questions, in 2 days got called for an interview, scheduled interview for next day, got interviewed with behavioral an situational questions, next week got the job offerwhich I acceptet.
