Interview

First interview with my potential boss in the regional headquarter, second with the President at local company in Japan and finally with VP with the Headquarter in UK.
I respect the fact that each interviewer took lots of time to explain what I was expected to do in the position I was applying.

Interview
Online tests followed by assessment day. The assessment day included a repeat of the numerical online test in paper form under test conditions. There was also a competency interview, technical interview, group task and individual presentation. The topic for the individual presentation was given before hand so there was time to prepare and in my case it was to only one assessor.
