It was a rather long process,but carried out in a sincere manner. First interview with my potential boss in the regional headquarter, second with the President at local company in Japan and finally with VP with the Headquarter in UK. I respect the fact that each interviewer took lots of time to explain what I was expected to do in the position I was applying.

Initial call with an H/R representative in the UK, which lasted about 30 minutes. Official interview was virtual call with the hiring manager and another contact. It lasted about 45 minutes.
