that is a mock assessment centre, around 30 students attended. which includes group exercise, competency based interview and so on. There is not individual feedback but very helpful for applying for the formal job

The process itself was long, but overall pretty positive. Applied over the website, received a phone call for a 'vetting' type HR phone interview asking the basic questions around salary expectations and reasons for leaving current role etc. The face to face interview followed a couple of weeks later. Feedback came around a month after that.
