Interview
Online tests followed by assessment centre, the assessment centre great experience, wonderful staff who obviously really enjoy the jobs that they do. The only down side to the day is where I believe I slipped up and that was on the group work, I asked a team member to read out the instructions which he struggled to read whilst the other members just started the work without knowing the full task as they had 'done there research' we failed the task miserably, a better group and I think I would have received an offer.

Interview
Very Long - 3 Hours
Asked the base questions and answered all with the knowledge I have
The Hiring process was immensely long!! 4 months in total to get from the interview to walking in on day 1. The security process and checks although unbelievably basic took forever! The third party they use are not efficient at all.
