Rolls-Royce interview questions

Applied online, Cleared the online assessment, and got an interview call for assessment day after almost one and half month. Consisted of competency and technical interview and group task. The technical interviewer would basically have a list of questions prepared by different departments.

I applied online for a graduate position in germany, took the online tests and passed them as well. Since then I am still waiting for a reply from the company about my application. The email they sent out said the process will take up to 4 weeks but its 7 weeks now. And they have completely ignored my emails too. I tried bringing up my concern with the recruitment team in the UK but they are useless after all. I wasn't expecting this kind of behaviour from a world leading company. Shame on you Rolls-royce. Time to review the policies to your recruitment team members.
