I applied online for a graduate position in germany, took the online tests and passed them as well. Since then I am still waiting for a reply from the company about my application. The email they sent out said the process will take up to 4 weeks but its 7 weeks now. And they have completely ignored my emails too.
I tried bringing up my concern with the recruitment team in the UK but they are useless after all.
I wasn't expecting this kind of behaviour from a world leading company. Shame on you Rolls-royce. Time to review the policies to your recruitment team members.
