Met the campus recruiters at a meet and greet, followed up and they invited me to an onsite interview. It was with two people and was a fairly easy interview. After that I was invited to Indianapolis for a day of interviews. The night before the interviews all the potential interns had dinner ata local restaurant. The day of the interview we got a tour of the campus and convened in a large room where there were maybe 30 or so of us. I was asked to create a presentation about myself, so I made a powerpoint and printed off slides which I brought with me to my behavioral interview with one person. After that I had a case interview with two people. Finally, there was a group interview where we had to build paper airplanes to exact specifications and try to fly them. I was an MBA candidate and there were mostly undergrads in my group, so it was a little weird, but it turned out ok. Just don't be a wallflower but also don't be obnoxious and domineering. I heard back within a week or two, but I think HR was mixed up because they sent me a full time offer. When I told them I was looking for an internship they sent me the internship offer.
