presentation followed by Technical interview and then group exercise. presentation is about rolls royce and how you can improve the company. technical interview i was asked what subjects i like and went off that and basic thermo knowledge and the group exercise was to see how you acted in group situations

I was overseas so a phone interview was arranged on a fixed time and day. It was a smooth process without much trouble as all I had to do was find a quiet place and wait for the call. This was the only round of interview I had.
