Rolls-Royce Intern interview questions

I applied online and took a couple of online tests before being invited to assessment centre after a couple of weeks. The interview day comprised of a meet and greet with the assessors, a competency interview in which we were required to give a 5 minute presentation and finally a technical interview. The whole thing took about 7 hours but there was a fair amount of down time. I really would say the assessors want you to do your best, the coax the answers they want to hear out of you and make you feel very at ease.

Very professional and interesting with very engaging quiz and feedback regardless of whether you got the job or not. Would recommend to anyone to apply and try their luck and see what happens
