Very casual, it felt like it was more of a meet and greet than an interview. I felt welcomed and it was just a nice experience. Gave me a very positive impression of the company and the people.
The interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and honest about what the position entailed. They asked you questions about your background, what you're looking for in a new position, and where you see your career going.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied on linkedin, a recruiter called me for an introductory phone screen. Then I had a phone screen with the District Practice Director and then 1 virtual interview with the branch and regional director. Then a final conversation to go over compensation plans.
