Interview
I was initially cold-contacted by a recruiter at Robert Half to fill an IT position with one of their clients, and agreed by email to a phone screen.
First interview was with their recruiter. We discussed my resume, background, skill set, what I'm looking to do in my next position(s), and what my salary target was. She then spoke about the role she was hiring for - what the client needed and expected.
Second, third, and fourth rounds were with the client - both individuals and a group. The RH recruiter checked in with me before and after each.
Because of the holidays and need to schedule multiple interviews, the whole process took about 3 months.

Question 1
Are you willing to work as a W-2 contractor, that is as a RH employee doing work for the client, for the full 12-months of the contract?
The interview process usually starts with being approached by one of Robert Half's recruiters, and then will proceed through meeting with team, branch, and regional managers. They look for people with a sharp, competitive personality who is not afraid of making calls and busting down doors to close sales.

Only got the first round interview, They said the position is closed already however they said they have a program which can refer me to other company. The interview is just behavior questions.
