Robert Half interview questions

You have a phone conversation with one or multiple individuals regarding your experience and then based on your experience and what is marketable that you have, they find potential work for you. It is not an interview for their company but interviewing you as a potential employee match for their clients.

Phone interview with Recruiter and multiple video interviews with leadership team. Phone interview was straight forward and covered basic logistical questions. Leadership interviews were behavioral interview questions. There was no follow-up on final interviews. Robert Half team ghosted me and did not respond to multiple emails requesting update or decision.
