Robert Half interview questions

Robert Half’s interview process typically starts with a recruiter screening call, followed by interviews with the client company. It’s generally straightforward, focused on experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.

This process have been smooth and everyone seems great and helpful and work as a team. The problem is the process. I have been interviewing for this role since mid December and we are now in February and have yet to get an offer or decline.
