The interview process is based on client needs and my background and expertise in the accounting sector. There really wasnt a formal interview process as the recruiter for the "Full Time Engagement Senior Accountant" completed two over the phone interviews and explain to the candidate the process with Robert Half professional staffing

The interview process consisted of a combination of Zoom calls, emails and text. All occurred from the comfort of my home office. I have used them in the past and they are really great company.
