Phone screening which takes about 10 minutes then you schedule a 30 minutes meet video interview. In the interview you will meet with a panel of two or three interviewers who will ask you a variety of questions.

1st submit most recent resume to the recruiter.
1:1 meeting with the recur5iter to discuss what is on the resume.
Lastly The agency will have you fill out a bunch of paperwork.
Recruiter will inquire references.
