I received a phone call first to invite me to the interview. I arrived few minutes earlier for the interview but had to wait for a little while at the reception. When I eventually went into the office, I discovered that the person who invited me for the interview had made a last minute exit from the company, which left some uncertain loose ends. Given them credit, they quickly arranged another interviewer and I got a job!
Please don't ever send someone who has an extensive background and MBA an opening for customer service making $16/hr.
I can't believe companies think that this is okay. I haven't made $16 an hour since high school. It's rather insulting.
