River Island interview questions

Very Easy. They were very disorganised and seemed like they had no clue whatsoever not to mention the interviewers phone kept on ringing!There was around 20 of us and they asked each of us to introduce ourselves and then we got in 4 groups and had to dress a celebrity for an occasion which was easy. Afterwards they told us to talk within our groups about a time we received a good customer service and the person with the best one within the group presented their story to the others.
