Online application - questions based on yourself and your experience. once accepted you get the actual interview. at the interview there were 3 stages; single interview, group interview, group exercise cresting an outfit for a specific customer.

Interview
I applied and then a while after received an email which I had to confirm in reply to if I was attending the interview or not. I arrived and it was a group interview. We went into the back and were grouped into 3. We were asked some questions and given some tasks to complete by the members of stage there. After they gave me a phone call telling me I'd got the job and the times I'd be working. I was also given a date for the induction.

Interview
Questions regarding typical situations that a sales advisor would be put in to evaluate your suitability to the role. Answered individually. Followed by a one on one conversation where your previous experience was assessed. Even if you had no experience they allowed you to identify a time putside of retail where you'd been in such a situation. They also evaluated your personality during this entire discussion.
