The interview was grouped, with the majority of the people who were they being girls and only three of which being boys. There were about 20 people their in total. The event lasted two hours and first consisted of an ice breaker where everyone introduced themselves. After this the group split into two and the groups had to work together to decide what they needed to do in certain situations. In our group we had at the front of the shop and changing rooms. At the end we had to present our ideas to the rest of the group.

Interview
I was asked to come along to the recruitment event where it was me and 4 other people. We sat down and had a brief talking about River Island and the position. Then we had to make up 2 truths and a lie while briefly talking about ourselves. We were given an occasion to pick an outfit for and was given about 10 minutes to pick it and then come back and present to the rest of the group. We finally did a role play exercise where we would go into pairs and role play a customer and a sales advisor and vice versa.
