Interview comprises of both technical and behavioural questions focused on safety and previous work experience. Overall interview was smooth and great experience. Interviewer has provided the feedback for improvement opportunities and way forward in the role

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a company recruiter. I had a good conversation with them about the position they were offering. Then, I took a Values questionnaire and an assessment through SHL Talent Central.

Question 1
The Zoom call first focused on their offer, including the location, their requirements, and relocation options. The second part of the call was about my background, where they asked about my work experience in detail, the minerals I have worked on, the software I have used etc.
After the Zoom call and tests, they discussed options with all the candidates.
A few questions, some personal, other technical. Normally ran by HR, the role owner and even an SME to support the role owner in the questions. The total was probably around 20 questions.

Interview
Video based testing with puzzles, numbers and different problems to solve. i think this just tested the persons ability to do basic functions such as logical thinking processes and comprehension of abstract ideas and such.
