Video based testing with puzzles, numbers and different problems to solve. i think this just tested the persons ability to do basic functions such as logical thinking processes and comprehension of abstract ideas and such.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a company recruiter. I had a good conversation with them about the position they were offering. Then, I took a Values questionnaire and an assessment through SHL Talent Central.

Question 1

The Zoom call first focused on their offer, including the location, their requirements, and relocation options. The second part of the call was about my background, where they asked about my work experience in detail, the minerals I have worked on, the software I have used etc. After the Zoom call and tests, they discussed options with all the candidates.
