It is very important to us that a candidate matches well with the position, department, and our company culture. We also strive to find a candidate for whom the vacant position will continue to be interesting and challenging in the long term. From our interview, I have gathered that the match is not optimal with regard to one of the points mentioned above. I got the impression that your focus is somewhat more academic and also with regard to the content there is less connection. We have candidates with a better connection with regard to plants.
